I have heard this device is accurately designed by Honeywell though they will not acknowledge the product ownership. Just so you know, Goodman customer service is virtually non-existent. Our system never got above 40%, and it struggled to do that. Yes, my system seems to ( and our preference) is to have the humidity around 45% in the winter.
